I’ve been a Cool Zone customer for many years under their service contract, and overall I’ve always had good experiences. Recently, Orlando came to install a UV light for my system. While he was here, I mentioned a separate issue that ideally should have been addressed during regular maintenance visits in the past. Orlando took the time to carefully assess the problem, make sure it was corrected, and ensure that everything was working properly before he left. I truly appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and puts the customer’s needs first. I’m grateful for his help and would gladly request him for future service calls.

I recently met with Shaun at a property I was considering. He was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to. I was confident that Shaun and the Cool Zone were the company to replace all the ducts in the unit. Unfortunately I did not go through with the purchase but based on my experience so far I would highly recommend this company and use them in the future!

My A/C unit went out and Shaun showed up the next morning and looked everything over and was able to hook us up with a new condensing unit for a very reasonable price. He arraigned for two technicians to show up that afternoon, and they did an excellent - and fast! - job of installing it. I appreciate their promptness, workmanship and professional attitude. I highly recommend Cool Zone for anyone's air conditioning service needs.

I have been using Cool Zone services for over 25 years and have never had anything negative to say a out their service. They are ALL professionals from the head of the company to the office personnel to the service technicians. All the properties I have taken care of for years have always been in good hands with Cool Zone and my clients have always been satisfied. Keep up the great work you are doing!

We just had our first visit on our maintenance agreement with Cool Zone and couldn't be more pleased. Janelle in the office was great to work with to get us set up on the maintenance agreement and get this first visit scheduled. Orlando, the tech who performed the maintenance and cleaning visit, was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was very cordial, thorough with the cleaning, and took the time to explain everything he did as well as the importance of filter changes and drain line cleanliness. Everything was in tip-top shape and we look forward to Cool Zone helping us keep it that way.

I recently purchased two whole house dehumidifiers and had them installed by my previous contractor. They told me that the dehumidifiers could not be hooked up to control the fans in the AC units even though the manufacturer told me they could. Cool zone came in and got the job done. It was not easy because they found some wiring issues and a few other obstacles along the way, but they ultimately got it working exactly right. They didn't duck, dodge or complain. They just worked through the issues professionally until the job was complete. I'll definitely be using them again in the future as I now have service contracts with them for all of my AC and dehumidifier units.

Cool Zone sets the standard for courteous professionalism at its best! They have resolved an issue I had with a recently built house that nobody could figure out. I am very, very happy with the service provided to me by Peter Ruiz and Cool Zone. Today, Peter very professionally performed a semi-annual maintenance and thoroughly checked out my 2 aging air conditioning units. Peter briefed me on the condition of my AC Units, answering all my questions and providing suggestions how to keep my AC Units operating efficiently. In addition to being very knowledgeable about air conditioning, Peter is very personable and courteous and is a pleasure to talk with ! Thank you Peter and Cool Zone.
