While he was here, I mentioned a separate issue that ideally should have been addressed during regular maintenance visits in the past. I was confident that Shaun and the Cool Zone were the company to replace all the ducts in the unit. Unfortunately I did not go through with the purchase but based on my experience so far I would highly recommend this company and use them in the future!

We just had our first visit on our maintenance agreement with Cool Zone and couldn't be more pleased. Janelle in the office was great to work with to get us set up on the maintenance agreement and get this first visit scheduled. Orlando, the tech who performed the maintenance and cleaning visit, was absolutely fabulous to work with. He was very cordial, thorough with the cleaning, and took the time to explain everything he did as well as the importance of filter changes and drain line cleanliness. Everything was in tip-top shape and we look forward to Cool Zone helping us keep it that way.

I recently purchased two whole house dehumidifiers and had them installed by my previous contractor. They told me that the dehumidifiers could not be hooked up to control the fans in the AC units even though the manufacturer told me they could. Cool zone came in and got the job done. It was not easy because they found some wiring issues and a few other obstacles along the way, but they ultimately got it working exactly right. They didn't duck, dodge or complain. They just worked through the issues professionally until the job was complete. I'll definitely be using them again in the future as I now have service contracts with them for all of my AC and dehumidifier units.
